Refund policy

Before making your purchase:

Please take care to review your specific product’s sizing guide. Each product has its own sizing guide and product details which will help you in finding your perfect fit. 

Due to the size and nature of our humble online store, Sunday’s Dress has an EXCHANGE ONLY policy. 

Using a simple measuring tape, record your measurements at bust, waist and hips. To find your best fit compare your body’s measurement against your products sizing guide. Select the size that is closest to your measurements. 

 

We have a 15-day exchange policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Once we receive your exchange item, you will receive a store credit directly.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
